Did you make a healthy New Year resolution? Are you looking for a way to get some fun exercise? Palms Workout Wednesdays are for you.
Certified Personal Trainer Clarence (C.J.) Jorif of Jorif’s Functional Fitness makes a stop at Palms Presbyterian Church every Wednesday morning at 8:30 AM.
His one-hour workout is designed for people of all ages and skill levels, and it changes every week. You can work at your own pace with a fun group of dedicated participants and you will receive a weekly home exercise plan.
We meet in the drama room – #211 on Wednesdays at 8:30 am sharp and finish by 9:45 am. The sessions are $10 each and must be paid monthly at the first class of every month.
