Common Grounds presents
A House Divided, a deliberative dialogue National Issues Forum, is offered to you by Project Common Grounds. This is a follow up to Palms Revive Civility Initiative. We hope you are motivated and are able to participate. Please feel free to extend personal invitations to a diverse group of community and state leaders.

People from communities across the nation are gathering to talk about the current state of public affairs by using the attached dialogue resource, A House Divided: What Would We Have to Give Up to Get the Political System We Want? As Americans lose confidence in our national institutions, people are finding it harder and harder to even talk with one another. Many are worried about our republic’s democracy.
You are invited to participate in a deliberative forum at Palms Presbyterian Church on April 30, 2019. We have invited local elected officials and journalists to join faith community members and residents in small-group dialogue. Combined with outcomes from several hundred forums throughout 2019, the public’s voice will be shared with local, state, and federal leaders.
