- Where Palms Presbyterian Church
Located at: 3410 3rd St S, Jacksonville Beach, Florida 32250
- When: Tuesday, April 30 @ 6PM
People from communities across the nation are gathering to talk about the current state of public affairs by using the attached dialogue resource, A House Divided: What Would We Have to Give Up to Get the Political System We Want? As Americans lose confidence in our national institutions, people are finding it harder and harder to even talk with one another. Many are worried about our republic’s democracy.
You are invited to participate in a deliberative forum at Palms Presbyterian Church on April 30, 2019. We have invited local elected officials and journalists to join faith community members and residents in small-group dialogue. Combined with outcomes from several hundred forums throughout 2019, the public’s voice will be shared with local, state, and federal leaders.
- RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org by April 25. If nursery is needed, please include this with your RSVP.
Questions? Email us at email@example.com or connect with Gregg Kaufman at firstname.lastname@example.org. We look forward to joining with representatives of our Beaches and greater Jacksonville area communities for a civil discussion of how we can begin to work together to solve our most urgent problems.
