The Outreach Ministry mission statement is: Building Relationships as we Reach Out to Others in the Name of Jesus Christ. Palms has discerned God's call to follow God's mission into the the world. The ministry focuses on four areas of service: housing, hunger, children and families, and global mission.

Understanding that God guides and leads the ministry to join in the love of Jesus Christ present in the world, Palms is linked with the following ministries providing financial assistance, ministry teams and individuals to serve in support:

Children and Families

Jacksonville Campus Ministry at UNF maintains a Christian community for students.
Duvall Home is a residential facility for developmentally disabled children and adults
Palms Preschool Scholarships for families in need of financial support
Kids Kitchen is a summer program providing meals for children through community centers.

Housing

Beaches Habitat providing affordable housing
Cold Weather Shelter providing shelter in Fellowship Hall on winter evenings.
Mission House providing 2 meals a day, showers and medical care for the homeless.
Pablo Towers providing subsidized housing for senior citizens.

Hunger

Beaches Community Kitchen providing meals to those in need
Helping Hands providing clothing and food to those in the Mayport area
Mission House Soup Kitchen on the 3 rd Saturday of the month Palms prepares lunch 

Global Mission

Affordable Medicines for Africa (AMFA) is fighting the AIDS crisis and the pharmaceutical needs in Africa

CODEP is the Comprehensive Development Project of the Haiti Fund, Inc., in covenant with the PCUSA and the Episcopal church of Haiti providing education support and economic development to ecologically devastated areas of rural Haiti.

Haitian Medical Mission supports financially the Hopital St. Croix

Haiti Outreach Ministry (HOM) builds lives, fellowship and worship opportunities in a variety of locations through the ministry of Leon and Jacky Dorleans.

Additional Outreach Ministries

Dial-A-Ride provides transportation to the doctor and for errands for senior citizens at the Beach.

The Sanctuary is a ministry for children in the Springfield area of Jacksonville.

Denominational Offerings occur four times a year and support international and national mission

Presbyterian Disaster Relief provides immediate care and long term care for international and national disasters.
